Day tour @ Cintai Coritos Garden

My partner and I decided to stay in Acuatico Beach Resort on our 1st day then go on a day trip on the second day to this Balinese inspired garden resort in Balete, Batangas in celebration of our 3rd Anniversary.

Cintai (pronounced “Chin-tai”) is Indonesian for the word LOVE.

The Garden started out as an ordinary private family rest house that the family visited every weekend. In 2005 however, their mother Corito was diagnosed with a terminal disease. To help her recuperate from treatment, the family oftenbrought her to the garden because the place made her relax and temporarily forget her sickness. Two years later, Corito finally succumbed to her illness. Her husband together with his 4 childrenthen decided to focus all their efforts into making the garden a paradise since she loved the place so much. They wanted the beautiful memories they shared there to live on thus the creation of Cintai… love for their mother and love for his wife. (Info from http://www.coritosgarden.com)

Edit

They are very accomodating when I’m asking info through email.Since we will just commute from Laiya to Balate, we asked a detailed instruction on how to get there. They provided me the details including fare cost and also offered resort service but it’s quite expensive. We opted to commute without even knowing that the main entrance is far away from their reception desk (literally far). I think we walked for almost 10-15 min. (For me ang layo nya haha!LAZY indeed!)

Tadahhhhh!!!! After seeing this artwork I can say it’s all worth the WALKKK!!!! 😓. Then we went to the reception desk and what I noticed was lack of staff. We waited for a couple of minutes before a receptionist came. She handed me the receipt after the payment as well as the towel coz we just availed the day tour.Take note :Towel has an extra cost.

      Going to Cintai by commute:
      1. From SM Lipa Grand transport terminal ride a jeepney to Caltex Malabanan then ride another jeepney to Cintai Coritos Garden, jeepney drivers are familiar to the famous Bali inspired resort 😊 just want to inform you that you have to walk from the gate going to the reception area 😊
